President and lead technician Bob Watkins has nearly 50 years experience repairing many well-known, professional medium and large format lenses and panoramic film cameras. He graduated from National Camera’s resident camera repair program with Highest Honors in 1976. Following school he worked as a technician for Canon and Sinar Bron, then ventured out on his own to develop Precision Camera Works into the company it is today. Over the years Bob has performed more than just repairs; he has designed, built, and installed many custom parts and accessories on a variety of equipment.
As of 2021 Bob has relocated himself and the business to Lakeway, TX and will continue to repair film cameras.
