Packing your equipment to send in for repair:

Put the item(s) in a plastic bag with your name, e-mail address and phone number. Choose a box that will allow for at least two inches of packing material on all sides. Use bubble wrap, packaged air, anything that will cushion all sides. Slightly over-stuff the box with packing material before sealing it. The idea is to compress the packing material so that when you shake the box the item can’t migrate from the center to the edges of the box and risk potential impact damage. We strongly recommend insuring your item(s) by the carrier of your choice, it is well worth the extra amount for a sound peace of mind.

Once your equipment arrives in the shop we will send you a confirmation email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: USPS Priority International

Our usual shipping method is UPS Ground or USPS Priority. Overnight, 2-day and 3-day select shipping is also available to most addresses in the continental United States. All items are carefully packaged and insured unless otherwise specified. Shipping prices include handling and insurance. If you would like to provide a label or another shipping method please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate.

 

OUR WARRANTY

Workmanship and materials are warranted for 6 months to be free from defects under normal use.
We are not responsible for any expense, loss, or inconvenience. Our obligation is limited to rework of
the same defect by Precision Camera Works as long as the equipment is accompanied with a copy of
the original invoice and transportation prepaid.
